Draft audiograms to Notion for approval before they post
Generates captioned clips from a new episode, posts previews into a Notion review board, and only cross-posts the ones a human approves.

What it does
This workflow builds captioned audiogram clips from a new episode but stops short of publishing. It creates a Notion card per clip with the video preview, the auto-generated caption text, and Approve/Reject buttons. Approved clips are cross-posted automatically; rejected ones are archived. It adds a human gate so nothing goes live unreviewed.
When to use it
For brands and agencies where every social asset needs sign-off before publishing. Keeps automation speed while preserving editorial control.
How it works
- 1A new episode in the source folder triggers the run.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio with timings.
- 3A render step produces three captioned audiogram clips with draft caption copy.
- 4Each clip becomes a Notion review card with preview and status field.
- 5A logic step waits on the approval status of each card.
- 6The cross-post step publishes only the cards marked Approved.
