Turn a new podcast episode into captioned audiogram clips
Watches a Dropbox folder for new episode audio, transcribes it, picks the most quotable moments, and renders square captioned audiogram videos ready to cross-post.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew episode audio in Dropbox folderDropbox
- ActionTranscribe audio with word timingsElevenLabs
- LogicRank and select 3 quotable 30s momentsOpenAI
- ActionRender captioned audiogram MP4 per moment
- OutputWrite clips to per-episode Dropbox subfolderDropbox
What it does
When you drop a finished episode into a Dropbox folder, this workflow transcribes the audio, finds the three most shareable 30-second moments, and renders each as a captioned audiogram video with a waveform and burned-in subtitles. Finished clips land back in Dropbox in a per-episode folder.
When to use it
For podcast teams who already export episodes to Dropbox and want promo clips produced automatically instead of paying an editor for every drop. Run it as the first step of your social pipeline.
How it works
- 1A new audio file in the watched Dropbox folder triggers the run.
- 2ElevenLabs transcribes the audio to a word-timed transcript.
- 3An OpenAI step ranks segments and selects the three most quotable 30-second windows.
- 4For each window, a render step composites a waveform background plus burned-in captions into a square MP4.
- 5The clips and their caption sidecar files are written to a new Dropbox subfolder named after the episode.
