Weekly digest of uncategorized and flagged card spend
Runs every Monday, pulls the week's card transactions still uncategorized or flagged on the review board.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly Monday-morning schedule
- ActionRead open and flagged items from Monday boardmonday.com
- LogicBucket, total, and rank by amount and aging
- LogicSkip digest when nothing is outstanding
- OutputPost ranked backlog to finance Slack channelSlack
What it does
On a weekly schedule it scans the Monday review board for transactions that are still uncategorized, flagged for policy, or missing a receipt, then compiles a single digest ranked by dollar amount and aging. The summary is posted to a finance Slack channel so the team has one clear punch list for the week.
When to use it
Use it when individual alerts get lost and you want a recurring, accountable rollup of everything still blocking a clean close.
How it works
- 1A scheduled trigger fires every Monday morning.
- 2An action reads all open and flagged items from the Monday review board.
- 3A logic step buckets items by status, sums totals, and sorts by amount and days outstanding.
- 4A second logic step suppresses the digest entirely if nothing is outstanding.
- 5A Slack message delivers the ranked backlog with owners and dollar totals as the output.
