How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerWeekly schedule triggers the digest
  • ActionTrello: fetch all cards on the cert boardTrelloTrello
  • LogicBucket cards by status and tally overdue
  • ActionPost formatted digest to DiscordDiscordDiscord
  • OutputEmit digest text for the recordDiscordDiscord

What it does

Turns the remediation board into a weekly readout. It pulls every card from the cert board across its lists, buckets them by status and urgency, counts overdue items, and posts a formatted digest to Discord so the team's status review doesn't require anyone opening Trello.

When to use it

When the sweep flows are already filing cards reliably and you want a recurring management view: what's outstanding, what's stuck, and what's overdue. Pair it with the nightly sweep so the digest reflects the latest scan.

How it works

  1. 1A weekly schedule triggers the digest.
  2. 2A Trello action fetches all cards from the cert remediation board with their lists and due dates.
  3. 3A logic step groups cards into open, in-progress, done-this-week, and overdue buckets and tallies totals.
  4. 4A Discord action posts the formatted summary to the team channel, calling out overdue counts.
  5. 5The flow outputs the digest text for the record.
