Discord RSVP to Calendar with Voice Reminder Broadcast
When a member RSVPs 'yes' to a Discord scheduled event, add them to a shared Google Calendar invite and queue a synthesized voice reminder that broadcasts in the event's voice…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

- LogicFilter: status is 'going' and event is upcoming

- ActionSynthesize spoken event reminderElevenLabs
- OutputBroadcast voice clip + post confirmation in DiscordDiscord
What it does
Turns a Discord scheduled-event RSVP into a real calendar commitment and a spoken reminder. The moment a member marks themselves 'interested' or 'going', they get a Google Calendar invite, and an ElevenLabs voice clip is generated to announce the event in the Discord voice channel shortly before kickoff.
When to use it
For community managers, gaming guilds, or cohort programs that run recurring live events on Discord and lose attendance because members forget. It closes the gap between a casual RSVP click and actually showing up.
How it works
- 1A Discord scheduled-event RSVP webhook fires when a member opts in.
- 2A filter checks the RSVP status is 'going' (not just 'interested') and the event start is in the future.
- 3The member's email is matched and a Google Calendar event invite is created or updated with them as a guest.
- 4ElevenLabs synthesizes a short spoken reminder naming the event and start time.
- 5The audio is posted into the event's Discord voice channel as a broadcast clip, and a text confirmation is dropped in the events channel.
