RSVP Roster to Airtable with Voice Confirmation DM
Log every Discord event RSVP into an Airtable attendee roster, create the calendar hold, and send the member a personalized ElevenLabs voice-note confirmation as a Discord DM.

What it does
Captures Discord event RSVPs into a structured Airtable roster you can sort, filter, and report on, while also creating a Google Calendar hold and replying to each member with a spoken, name-personalized confirmation voice note in their DMs.
When to use it
When you need an auditable attendee list for capacity planning, follow-up, or sponsor reporting, not just an ephemeral RSVP count. The voice DM adds a memorable, human touch that boosts show-up rates.
How it works
- 1A Discord event RSVP webhook fires when a member responds.
- 2The member, event, RSVP status, and timestamp are upserted into an Airtable roster table (one row per member-event pair).
- 3A Google Calendar hold is created for the member so it lands on their personal schedule.
- 4ElevenLabs synthesizes a short personalized confirmation using the member's display name and the event title.
- 5The voice note is delivered as a Discord direct message to the member.
