Discord intent-keyword watcher to HubSpot outreach task
Watches your prospect Discord servers for buying-intent phrases, matches the author to a HubSpot contact.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew message in monitored Discord channelDiscord
- LogicScore message against intent-keyword list, drop low signal
- ActionLook up author in HubSpot contactsHubSpot
- LogicBranch: known contact vs net-new handle
- OutputCreate timed HubSpot outreach task with message contextHubSpot
What it does
Monitors the channels of communities where your buyers hang out and flags messages containing buying-intent language ("evaluating tools", "switching from", "anyone using", "looking for a vendor"). Each hit is enriched against HubSpot and turned into a dated follow-up task assigned to the contact's owner.
When to use it
When your ICP lives in active Discord communities and timing is everything — you want reps reaching out within hours of someone signaling interest, not weeks later from a stale list.
How it works
- 1A new message in a monitored Discord channel fires the trigger.
- 2A logic step scores the text against your intent-keyword list and drops anything below threshold.
- 3The Discord username and any linked email are looked up in HubSpot to find an existing contact.
- 4A branch separates known contacts from net-new handles.
- 5For matches, a HubSpot task is created with the message quote, channel link, and a due date set hours out.
- 6The rep gets the task in their HubSpot queue with full context to send a warm, specific reply.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DiscordCommunity channels + voice + bots.
- 2Connect HubSpotCRM, deals, marketing, support.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
