On-Demand Evergreen Reshare via Webhook
Lets you trigger an instant evergreen reshare by hitting a webhook with a post ID, which refreshes the chosen post's copy and publishes it on the spot.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWebhook receives post IDHTTP webhook
- LogicValidate ID and confirm post is active
- ActionFetch post content from NotionNotion
- ActionRewrite copy with fresh hook (OpenAI)OpenAI
- OutputPublish immediately to social platformsSocial publishing
What it does
This workflow turns evergreen resharing into an on-demand action. Send a webhook with the ID of a post from your library and it instantly fetches that post, generates a fresh copy variation, and publishes it to your social platforms. It's the manual escape hatch for when you spot a gap in the schedule or want to ride a trending topic with a proven older post.
When to use it
Use it when you want push-button control over which evergreen post goes out and exactly when, rather than relying on an automated rotation. Pairs well with a button in a dashboard or a quick command from your phone.
How it works
- 1A webhook receives a request containing the target post ID.
- 2A logic step validates the ID and confirms the post exists and is active.
- 3It fetches the full post content from the Notion library.
- 4OpenAI rewrites the copy with a fresh hook.
- 5The post is published immediately to your social platforms.
- 6Notion is updated with the new reshare date so it stays in fair rotation.
