How it runs

  • LogicBucket into breached, at-risk, on-track
  • ActionLabel breached and at-risk Trello cardsTrelloTrello
  • OutputPost ranked at-risk digest to SlackSlack

What it does

Gives facilities managers a daily early-warning view of which open work orders are slipping. It compares each ticket's SLA due-by against now, separates breached from at-risk, and surfaces them where the team will act.

When to use it

Use it when work orders are tracked but SLAs quietly slip because nobody is watching deadlines across boards. A morning digest keeps the team ahead of breaches instead of explaining them after the fact.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires each morning before the shift starts.
  2. 2Open work orders are pulled from Airtable with their SLA due-by timestamps.
  3. 3A branch buckets each into breached, at-risk (due within the window), or on-track.
  4. 4Breached and at-risk cards get a red label and comment applied in Trello.
  5. 5A ranked digest of the riskiest items, grouped by building, is posted to the facilities Slack channel.
