Stripe Dispute Evidence Pack Assembler
When a Stripe dispute opens, automatically pulls the order record, customer comms, and delivery proof.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerStripe dispute created webhookStripe
- ActionFetch order, customer, fulfillment from PostgresPostgres
- ActionPull customer email thread from FrontFront
- LogicAssemble evidence packet from all sources
- ActionSave packet to dated Dropbox folderDropbox
- OutputNotify reviewer pack is readyFront
What it does
When Stripe flags a new dispute (chargeback), this workflow gathers everything you need to fight it: the original order from your database, the email thread with the customer, and proof the product or service was delivered. It bundles all of it into one PDF-style evidence packet saved to Dropbox and notifies your reviewer.
When to use it
Use this when chargebacks come in faster than your team can manually chase records across three systems. It removes the scramble of digging through Postgres, Front, and shipping logs while the Stripe response clock is ticking.
How it works
- 1A Stripe `charge.dispute.created` webhook fires with the disputed charge ID.
- 2The flow queries Postgres for the matching order, customer, and fulfillment row.
- 3It pulls the related customer email conversation from Front by order or email match.
- 4It assembles order details, comms transcript, and delivery proof into a structured packet.
- 5The packet is written to a dated Dropbox folder for the dispute.
- 6A reviewer is notified that the evidence pack is ready to approve and submit.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
