HR & RECRUITING
Department-Routed 30-60-90 Onboarding (ClickUp)
Reads a new hire's department and routes the right 30-60-90 template into the matching ClickUp space, splitting tasks between IT provisioning, HR paperwork, and role ramp owners.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew hire added in HR systemHubSpot
- LogicRouter: select department-specific template
- LogicSplit tasks into IT / HR / role-ramp buckets
- ActionWrite buckets to owning ClickUp listsClickUp
- OutputPost provisioned-task digest to SlackSlack
What it does
Provisions onboarding across the three teams that actually do the work. It picks the 30-60-90 template for the hire's department, then fans the tasks out into ClickUp lists owned by IT, HR Ops, and the hiring manager so nothing falls between functions.
When to use it
Use it when onboarding spans departments and a single shared list gets messy. Routing by department means engineering hires get laptop and repo access tasks, sales hires get CRM and quota-ramp tasks, and HR paperwork always lands in the right queue.
How it works
- 1A new hire added to the HR system fires the trigger.
- 2A router branch selects the department-specific 30-60-90 template (Eng, Sales, Ops, or default).
- 3The flow computes phase due dates from the start date.
- 4It splits the expanded tasks into three buckets: IT provisioning, HR paperwork, role ramp.
- 5It writes each bucket to its owning ClickUp list with assignees and due dates.
- 6A digest of provisioned tasks is posted to the onboarding Slack channel for visibility.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.

- 2Connect ClickUpDocs + tasks + chats in one workspace.
- 3Connect SlackChannels, DMs, threads, mentions.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
