HR & RECRUITING
Knockout-screen application form submissions and route by outcome
Receives application form submissions via webhook, applies hard knockout rules and an AI fit assessment, then auto-rejects, flags for review.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerApplication form submitted to webhookHTTP webhook
- LogicApply hard knockout eligibility rules
- ActionScore passing applicants against role rubricOpenAI
- LogicRoute reject vs review vs fast-track
- OutputEmail rejections and file others in NotionNotion
- OutputPost fast-track candidates to hiring SlackSlack
What it does
Applies your non-negotiable screening rules the moment an application form is submitted, so recruiters only ever see candidates worth their time. Clear fails get a polite rejection; strong matches get fast-tracked; the ambiguous middle goes to a human.
When to use it
Use it when your careers site or a job board posts form submissions to a webhook and roles have firm requirements (work authorization, location, minimum experience). Best for high-volume funnels where manual triage is the bottleneck.
How it works
- 1An application form POSTs to the webhook trigger.
- 2A logic step applies hard knockout rules (location, authorization, required years).
- 3Applicants that pass knockouts are scored by OpenAI against the role rubric.
- 4A branch routes the outcome: clear reject, fast-track, or needs-review.
- 5Rejected candidates receive a respectful decline email; review and fast-track candidates are written to Notion with their tier.
- 6A summary of fast-track candidates is posted to the hiring Slack channel for immediate pickup.
