What it does
Turns a raw scorecard submission into an immediate action. As soon as an interviewer submits their feedback form, the workflow scores it, files it, and routes it: clear strong-hire signals advance the candidate, while a recorded concern or low rating pings the recruiter so issues surface before the debrief instead of during it.
