HR & RECRUITING
Compile interview scorecards into a hire-decision packet
When every interviewer has submitted their scorecard in Notion, automatically aggregates the scores, builds a one-page decision packet in Google Drive.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScorecard submitted in Notion databaseNotion
- LogicCheck if all panel scorecards are in
- ActionRead all scorecards and compute scoresNotion
- ActionDraft decision packet from feedbackOpenAI
- ActionWrite packet to candidate Drive folderGoogle Drive
- OutputPost packet link to hiring channelSlack
What it does
Watches a Notion interview-scorecard database for a candidate. Once all assigned interviewers have submitted their scorecards, it rolls the individual ratings into an overall recommendation, generates a clean decision packet document, and shares it with the hiring team so the debrief can start with everyone on the same page.
When to use it
Use it when your interview loops live in Notion and you want to stop manually copy-pasting feedback into a summary doc before each debrief. Best for teams running structured loops with a fixed panel per candidate.
How it works
- 1A new or updated scorecard row in the Notion database fires the trigger.
- 2The flow checks whether the count of submitted scorecards matches the expected panel size for that candidate.
- 3If the loop is still incomplete it stops; if complete it continues.
- 4It reads every scorecard, computes the average and dimension-level scores, and drafts a packet covering strengths, concerns, and a hire/no-hire lean.
- 5The packet is written to a Google Drive doc in the candidate's folder.
- 6A summary card with the doc link is posted to the hiring Slack channel.
Set it up
