What it does

Runs every morning, looks at the calendar for debrief meetings happening that day, and for each candidate assembles a one-page prep summary from all submitted interview feedback. The hiring manager walks into the debrief already briefed instead of reading raw notes live.

When to use it

Use it when debriefs keep starting with ten minutes of "so what did everyone think?" Great for high-volume recruiting where managers run multiple debriefs a day and need consistent prep without manual chasing.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger runs each weekday morning.
  2. 2It reads Google Calendar for events tagged as debriefs occurring today and extracts the candidate for each.
  3. 3For each candidate, it fetches the collected interviewer feedback from the Notion hiring database.
  4. 4OpenAI builds a prep digest: competency consensus, open questions, divergent opinions, and any bias flags interviewers may have introduced.
  5. 5A logic step skips candidates with fewer than the required number of submitted scorecards and notes them as incomplete.
  6. 6Gmail sends each hiring manager their personalized debrief prep digest.
