What it does
Catches the small fraction of exit interviews that describe harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or safety concerns and routes them for urgent human review, separate from the normal analytics pipeline. Routine feedback never triggers an escalation.
When to use it
Use it when delayed discovery of a serious complaint is a real liability and you cannot rely on someone reading every interview promptly. It guarantees sensitive disclosures get eyes within hours.
How it works
