HR & RECRUITING
Exit-interview question coverage QA check
On demand, audit a batch of anonymized exit transcripts to confirm each one covered the required offboarding topics.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerOperator runs the coverage audit manually
- ActionLoad anonymized transcripts in scope from CodaCoda
- ActionCheck each transcript against required topicsHugging Face
- LogicSeparate complete interviews from those with gaps
- OutputWrite coverage QA checklist to CodaCoda
What it does
Checks that exit interviews actually asked what the program requires. For each transcript it verifies coverage of the mandatory topics (reason for leaving, manager feedback, compensation, what would have changed their mind, rehire interest) and flags any that skipped one.
When to use it
Run it before a quarterly review or when onboarding new interviewers. A theme rollup is only trustworthy if the interviews were consistent; this surfaces the gaps so People Ops can re-contact recent leavers or coach the interviewer.
How it works
- 1An operator manually triggers the check, optionally scoped to a date range or interviewer.
- 2The flow loads the matching anonymized transcripts from Coda.
- 3A Hugging Face model checks each transcript against the required-topic list and marks each topic covered or missing.
- 4A logic step separates complete interviews from those with gaps and tallies coverage by topic.
- 5A Coda QA checklist is written listing each interview's coverage and the specific missing topics for follow-up.
