HR & RECRUITING
Exit-Recording Intake, Redaction, and Confluence Archive
On a new exit-interview Zoom recording, transcribes it, produces a redacted theme summary that strips all PII.

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
This workflow is the front door for exit-interview data. When a new exit-interview Zoom recording lands, it transcribes the meeting, runs a strict redaction pass that removes names, teams, dates, and any phrasing that could identify the departing employee, and archives the clean theme summary to a Confluence space. It guarantees the rest of your reporting pipeline only ever sees safe, de-identified attrition drivers.
When to use it
Use this as the standardized intake and compliance layer before any attrition analytics. It centralizes redaction so confidentiality policy is enforced once, consistently, and produces an auditable Confluence record of what was retained.
How it works
- 1A Zoom exit-interview recording-completed event triggers intake.
- 2The transcript is fetched from Zoom.
- 3An LLM extracts attrition themes and rewrites them as redacted, non-identifying summaries.
- 4A logic gate blocks anything where PII may remain, looping back for re-redaction until clean.
- 5The de-identified summary is published to a Confluence archive page for the period.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect ZoomMeetings, recordings, transcripts.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Connect ConfluenceSpaces, pages, blueprints.
- 4Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 5Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 6Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
