What it does
Turns a raw "I'm interested" form submission into a qualified, routed internal candidate. It checks the employee meets the role's prerequisites and tenure floor, assembles a one-page brief from their profile, and hands the hiring manager a ready-to-act intro instead of a bare name.
When to use it
Use it when internal applications pile up unscreened and hiring managers ignore them because they lack context. Ideal for teams running an internal-first hiring policy.
How it works
- 1A webhook fires when an employee submits the internal-interest form.
- 2The agent looks up the employee and the target role in Notion.
- 3It checks eligibility: tenure-in-seat, manager-approval flag, and role prerequisites. Ineligible submissions branch to a polite hold-email.
