What it does

Each month it finds people who just crossed a tenure milestone in their current role, matches their skills against open requisitions, and records each ready employee with their suggested next roles in a Notion board so HR can plan internal moves and retention conversations.

When to use it

Use it to get ahead of stagnation and attrition by spotting tenured employees who are due for a move and already qualify for something open. Good for HRBPs running quarterly talent reviews who want a continuously fresh mobility pipeline.

How it works
