How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicCheck all sibling feedback subtasks done
  • ActionPull notes from each interviewer subtaskAsanaAsana
  • ActionBuild decision brief with OpenAIOpenAI
  • OutputPost brief and move task to Decision ReadyAsanaAsana

What it does

Treats each candidate as an Asana task with one feedback subtask per interviewer. When all subtasks are complete, it reads the notes from each, builds a hire/no-hire brief, and writes it into the parent task so the whole loop lives in one place.

When to use it

Use this if your recruiting coordination already happens in Asana and you want the decision summary to live alongside the candidate record rather than in email or a separate doc.

How it works

  1. 1An Asana trigger fires when a feedback subtask is marked complete.
  2. 2The flow checks whether all sibling feedback subtasks under the candidate's parent task are now complete; if not, it exits.
  3. 3It collects the description and comments from each interviewer subtask.
  4. 4OpenAI consolidates them into a structured brief: scores summary, themes, dissent, and a recommendation.
  5. 5The brief is posted as a comment and the parent task is moved to a 'Decision Ready' section in Asana.
