What it does

Gathers scattered interview scorecards for one candidate, synthesizes them into a structured decision brief (strengths, concerns, competency scores, recommendation), and runs a bias check before sharing with the hiring panel. No more reading six raw notes docs before a debrief.

When to use it

Use it when your interview loop is complete and you need a clean, defensible summary for the debrief meeting. Ideal for teams that want consistent hiring decisions and a documented bias-review step on every candidate.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook fires from your ATS when the last interviewer marks feedback complete for a candidate.
  2. 2The workflow pulls all per-interviewer scorecards for that candidate from the Notion interview database.
  3. 3OpenAI synthesizes the notes into a decision brief with competency ratings and a hire/no-hire recommendation.
  4. 4A second OpenAI pass scans for biased or non-job-related language (age, gender, "culture fit" vagueness) and attaches flags.
  5. 5A logic step routes flagged briefs for required reviewer sign-off versus clean briefs that auto-publish.
  6. 6The finished brief is posted to the candidate's hiring channel in MS Teams for the debrief.
