What it does
Keeps interview loops from stalling on late feedback. On a recurring schedule it scans the scorecard tracker, finds candidates with an upcoming debrief and one or more outstanding scorecards, and sends each laggard interviewer a personal Slack nudge with the candidate name and a link to the scorecard they still owe.
When to use it
Use it when debriefs keep getting delayed because one or two interviewers haven't logged feedback. Ideal for recruiting coordinators who would otherwise hand-chase people every morning.
How it works
