What it does

Watches your Notion interview-scorecard database and, once all assigned panelists have submitted for a candidate, rolls every scorecard into one decision brief. It computes a weighted competency score, surfaces dissent between interviewers, and writes a plain-English hire / no-hire / more-data recommendation back to Notion and into Slack.

When to use it

Use it when your panel logs structured scorecards but the hiring manager still has to read five pages to reach a call. It removes the manual synthesis step and gives a defensible, consistent recommendation the moment feedback is complete.

How it works

  1. 1Notion fires when a scorecard row is updated.
  2. 2A logic step checks whether the count of submitted scorecards equals the panel size for that candidate; if not, the run stops.
  3. 3When complete, an OpenAI step weighs each competency, flags where interviewers disagree, and drafts the recommendation with supporting quotes.
  4. 4The brief is written back to the candidate's Notion page.
  5. 5A Slack message delivers the headline verdict and a link to the hiring channel.
