What it does

It staffs interview loops fairly at booking time. When a coordinator submits a loop request, the workflow reads each candidate interviewer's current week load and skill coverage, then assigns every round to the qualified person carrying the lightest schedule. It books the Microsoft Teams meetings and writes the final panel back to Airtable so reporting stays accurate.

When to use it

Use it when loop staffing is done by hand and gravitates to a few reliable people. Ideal for high-volume hiring where rounds map to clear skill tags and any tagged interviewer can cover a slot.

How it works

  1. 1A webhook from your ATS or intake form triggers a loop-staffing request with the role and required rounds.
  2. 2Airtable returns the qualified interviewer pool with skill tags.
  3. 3Google Calendar provides each candidate interviewer's current load for the target week.
  4. 4A logic step assigns each round to the lowest-load qualified panelist and avoids same-person back-to-backs.
  5. 5Microsoft Teams meetings are created for each round with the chosen interviewers.
  6. 6The finalized panel and updated load counts are saved to Airtable.
