HR & RECRUITING
Turn Interview Recordings into a Decision Brief
When an interview recording lands in a shared folder, it transcribes the conversation, scores the candidate against the role rubric.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew interview recording in Drive folderGoogle Drive
- ActionTranscribe recording with OpenAIOpenAI
- ActionScore transcript against role rubricOpenAI
- LogicFlag thin-evidence competency scores
- OutputEmail rubric-anchored brief to recruiterGmail
What it does
Converts raw interview recordings into structured, evaluable feedback. It transcribes the session, maps what was said against the role's competency rubric, and outputs a draft decision brief so a single interviewer's notes aren't the only signal.
When to use it
Use this when interviews are recorded (with consent) and you want consistent, rubric-anchored evaluation rather than relying on hurried post-interview memory. Helpful for reducing recency and likeability bias.
How it works
- 1A trigger fires when a new recording file is added to the interviews folder in Google Drive.
- 2The flow downloads the audio and sends it to OpenAI for transcription.
- 3OpenAI then evaluates the transcript against the role rubric stored in the prompt, scoring each competency with cited quotes.
- 4A logic step flags low-confidence scores where evidence in the transcript was thin.
- 5The assembled brief, with scores, evidence, and a provisional recommendation, is emailed to the recruiter for review.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
