HR & RECRUITING
Quarterly internal-mobility scan into a talent board
Each quarter, an agent scans all open reqs against the workforce skills profile, identifies high-potential moves.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
On a quarterly cadence this workflow takes a strategic view: an agent cross-references every open and forecasted req with the full workforce skills profile, surfaces the highest-leverage internal moves (including stretch roles and adjacent-skill candidates), and assembles a Notion talent board leadership can plan from. It then summarizes the headline moves in a Slack channel.
When to use it
Use it for workforce-planning reviews where you want a defensible, data-backed picture of internal mobility opportunities rather than ad hoc matching. Best when skills data is rich enough to support agent judgment on stretch fit.
How it works
- 1A quarterly schedule triggers the run.
- 2The workflow loads open and forecasted reqs plus the workforce skills profile from BigQuery.
- 3An agent evaluates each role for internal candidates, distinguishing ready-now matches from stretch moves and flagging critical skills gaps with no internal coverage.
- 4It builds a structured Notion talent board with sections per function and recommended moves.
- 5It posts a Slack summary of the top recommended moves and uncovered roles to the people-leadership channel.
