How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerSchedule: every Monday 7am
  • ActionPull week's interview items from Monday boardmonday.com
  • LogicGroup by interviewer, count sessions + back-to-backs
  • LogicFlag anyone over weekly/daily fatigue threshold
  • OutputPost ranked fatigue digest to SlackSlack

What it does

Gives recruiting and hiring-manager leads a single weekly view of who is overloaded with interviews. It reads the planned panels for the week, sums per-person counts and back-to-back blocks, and surfaces the names that exceed each team's comfort limit.

When to use it

When interview volume is high enough that individuals quietly burn out and you only notice after the fact. Run it before the week starts so leads still have room to reassign.

How it works

  1. 1A scheduled trigger fires every Monday at 7am.
  2. 2The flow pulls all interview items on the Monday board scheduled for the coming week.
  3. 3It groups bookings by interviewer and counts sessions plus same-day back-to-backs.
  4. 4A threshold check flags anyone above their weekly cap or with three-plus sessions in one day.
  5. 5It builds a ranked digest of flagged interviewers and the slots driving the load.
  6. 6The digest is posted to the recruiting Slack channel for the leads to act on.
