What it does
Gives recruiting and hiring-manager leads a single weekly view of who is overloaded with interviews. It reads the planned panels for the week, sums per-person counts and back-to-back blocks, and surfaces the names that exceed each team's comfort limit.
When to use it
When interview volume is high enough that individuals quietly burn out and you only notice after the fact. Run it before the week starts so leads still have room to reassign.
How it works
