What it does
Automates the reference-check step that usually stalls offers. As soon as a candidate is moved to offer, it reaches out to each reference with a consistent set of questions, gathers the replies, and produces a single readable summary for the hiring manager to sign off on.
When to use it
Use this at the final gate before an offer goes out, when you want every hire backed by documented references without a recruiter chasing emails manually. Best for roles where references are required by policy.
How it works
