HR & RECRUITING
New-Hire 30-60-90 Onboarding Orchestrator
When a new hire is added to a Monday board, provisions their onboarding doc, schedules 30/60/90-day check-in meetings, and posts a welcome with milestone owners to Slack.

What it does
Turns a single new-hire record into a fully provisioned onboarding plan. It creates a personalized 30-60-90 Notion doc, books the three milestone check-in meetings on Google Calendar, and announces the hire to the team in Slack with each milestone's owner tagged.
When to use it
Run this the moment a recruiter or HR coordinator marks a candidate as "Hired" on your Monday board. It removes the manual scramble of copying templates, finding calendar slots, and pinging managers, so day one is consistent for every hire.
How it works
- 1A new row reaching the "Hired" status on the Monday onboarding board fires the trigger.
- 2A Notion page is created from the 30-60-90 template, prefilled with the hire's name, role, manager, and start date.
- 3Three Google Calendar events are scheduled at day 30, 60, and 90 from the start date, inviting the hire and their manager.
- 4A logic step checks whether a buddy was assigned; if not, it flags the gap in the doc.
- 5A formatted welcome message posts to the team Slack channel with the doc link and milestone owners tagged.
