What it does

Kicks off access provisioning and progress tracking together. It posts a structured access-request message to the IT Slack channel, schedules a channel invite and welcome ping for the hire on day one, and creates a status item on a Monday onboarding board so HR can track each step from accepted to fully onboarded.

How it works
