What it does
This turns a new hire's own intake-form answers into a voice welcome that pronounces their name correctly and uses their stated language and pronouns. The hire effectively co-authors their greeting, so it feels accurate and respectful.
When to use it
Use this when you collect onboarding preferences before day one and want the welcome to reflect exactly how each person wants to be addressed, including name pronunciation that generic TTS usually gets wrong.
How it works
