What it does

Watches an Asana project where each interviewer files a scorecard task per candidate. Once every assigned panelist has submitted, it pulls all ratings and written feedback, computes an average across competencies, and assembles a clean decision packet in Notion with a recommended verdict. It then notifies the hiring manager in Slack that the packet is ready to review.

When to use it

Use this when your panels score candidates in Asana but the recruiter still hand-collates feedback into a doc before a debrief. It removes the copy-paste step and guarantees the debrief starts only after every voice is in.

How it works

  1. 1An Asana scorecard task for a candidate is marked complete.
  2. 2Check whether all panelists assigned to that candidate have submitted; if any are outstanding, stop and wait.
  3. 3Read every panelist's ratings and notes from the candidate's Asana subtasks.
  4. 4Average the competency scores and derive a lean hire / no-hire recommendation.
  5. 5Create a structured decision packet page in Notion with per-interviewer breakdowns.
  6. 6Post a Slack message to the hiring manager linking the packet.
