What it does

Identifies candidates that have sat too long in stages where the bottleneck is on the company side, then drafts a personalized, on-brand follow-up email for each one and saves it as a Gmail draft. Nothing is sent automatically — recruiters review and send. A Slack summary lists every draft created.

When to use it

Use it when stalls are caused by slow recruiter outreach, not candidate silence. The agent removes the blank-page friction so recruiters spend seconds approving instead of minutes writing, while keeping a human in the loop before anything leaves the building.

How it works

  1. 1A weekday schedule fires the workflow.
  2. 2Pull candidates over SLA in outreach-owned stages from Airtable.
  3. 3Branch out only the candidates whose last contact was the company's turn to respond.
  4. 4For each, the agent drafts a tailored re-engagement email referencing role, stage, and last touchpoint.
  5. 5Create each message as a Gmail draft addressed to the candidate, unsent.
  6. 6Post a Slack summary of the draft queue with links so recruiters can review and send.
