How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • LogicProceed only when all reviewers have scored

  • ActionWrite decision packet to hiring manager viewNotionNotion
  • OutputNotify hiring manager in SlackSlack

What it does

Closes the loop on blind review by controlling exactly when identity is revealed. It tracks reviewer scorecards against each blind code and waits until every assigned reviewer has submitted. Only then does it look up the real candidate behind the code, attach the averaged scores, and hand the de-anonymized result to the hiring manager so reveal never happens mid-evaluation.

When to use it

Use it as the final stage of a blind take-home process. It enforces the rule that no one sees a name until scoring is locked, preventing late reviewers from being swayed and giving the hiring manager a clean, complete decision packet.

How it works

  1. 1An updated scorecard row in the Notion review table triggers the run.
  2. 2A logic step checks whether all reviewers assigned to that blind code have submitted scores; if not, the run exits and waits.
  3. 3Once complete, the workflow averages the scores and looks up the real candidate from the protected name-mapping table.
  4. 4It writes the combined identity-plus-scores record into the hiring manager's decision view.
  5. 5A Slack message notifies the hiring manager that the candidate is ready for a decision.
