What it does
Adds a fairness and quality gate before a hiring decision is made. Once all Zoom panel feedback is submitted, it audits the combined scorecards for non-job-relevant or biased language, ratings unsupported by evidence, and unusually wide score divergence between interviewers, then flags anything risky for recruiter review.
