MARKETING
Spin up a rush localization handoff from a Slack chat request
A marketer asks the CEO agent in chat to rush-translate a piece of approved copy into specific languages; the agent files the source in Google Drive.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerMarketer chat request to CEO agentSlack
- LogicParse asset, locales, and deadline
- ActionCopy source to rush Drive foldersGoogle Drive
- ActionCreate priority subtasks and assign translatorsmonday.com
- OutputConfirm the handoff back in chatSlack
What it does
Lets a marketer kick off an urgent localization handoff in plain language instead of building tasks by hand. The agent interprets the request, sets up the Drive working copies and monday.com tracking, and reports exactly what it created so nothing is ambiguous.
When to use it
Use it for last-minute or out-of-cycle translation needs — a press hit, a paid push, a partner ask — where the normal Approved-board flow is too slow and someone needs a tracked rush handoff in minutes.
How it works
- 1Trigger: a marketer messages the CEO agent in chat with the asset and target languages.
- 2Logic: the agent parses which copy, which locales, and the requested deadline from the message.
- 3Action: copy the source document into a rush Google Drive folder for each requested language.
- 4Action: create high-priority monday.com subtasks with the rush deadline and assign the mapped translators.
- 5Output: reply in chat summarizing the locales, Drive links, assignees, and deadlines created.
