Discord Unanswered Questions Daily Digest
Each evening, scans support-style Discord channels for questions that never got a reply and posts a prioritized list back to a staff channel so nothing slips through.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

What it does
Finds the questions your community asked today that nobody answered. The agent reads the day's messages, identifies which ones are questions, then checks whether each got a substantive reply or reaction from a team member. Anything still open is summarized into a short digest, ranked by how long it has been waiting, and posted to your internal staff channel with a deep link back to the original message.
When to use it
When your support happens in Discord and busy days mean real questions get scrolled past. Good for support leads and moderators who want a single end-of-day catch-up instead of re-reading every channel.
How it works
- 1A daily evening schedule fires.
- 2The agent pulls today's messages from the configured Discord channels.
- 3An LLM identifies questions and checks each thread for a real answer.
- 4Questions with no answer are kept and ranked by wait time.
- 5The ranked digest, with jump links, is posted to the internal Discord staff channel.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
- 1Connect DiscordCommunity channels + voice + bots.
- 2Connect OpenAIModels, embeddings, files.
- 3Set each agent's modelWe leave models unset so you pick the tier — fast + cheap, or top-quality.
- 4Tune it to your dataEdit the prompts, filters, and field mappings so it matches how your team works.
- 5Test, then turn it onRun once against a sample, confirm the output, then enable the trigger.
