  • ActionSet Priority column to High on flagged itemsmonday.com
  • OutputNotify owners and post Slack roll-upSlack

What it does

It evaluates a monday.com board where each item carries a due date and status, forecasts which items will miss their deadline given how fast similar items move through statuses, and rebalances the board so the most-at-risk work sits at the top. Owners of flagged items get a direct notification.

When to use it

Use it when your team tracks ticket-like work in monday.com instead of a help desk and deadlines silently slip because the board is sorted by creation date or left untouched. This keeps the board honest about what actually needs attention now.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule runs the workflow every hour.
  2. 2monday.com returns all items on the target board with status, owner, and due-date columns.
  3. 3A logic step estimates remaining time per status and flags items whose projected completion lands after the due date.
  4. 4monday.com updates a Priority column to High for flagged items so the board view sorts them to the top.
  5. 5A notification is posted to each flagged item's owner via monday.com, and a daily roll-up goes to Slack.
