What it does

Detects when SLA-breach risk is concentrated on a few overloaded agents and rebalances ticket ownership in ClickUp so no single person is the bottleneck for a wave of deadlines.

When to use it

When breaches cluster because one agent inherited a spike of tickets. Use it to auto-spread at-risk work across the team instead of waiting for a manager to triage by hand.

How it works

  1. 1A schedule fires every 30 minutes.
  2. 2Reads open Front conversations with SLA targets and current assignees.
  3. 3Computes per-agent at-risk load (tickets predicted to breach within 4 hours) and ranks agents by overload.
  4. 4A branch checks whether any agent exceeds the at-risk threshold; if none, the run ends quietly.
  5. 5For overloaded agents, picks the riskiest excess tickets and reassigns them in ClickUp to agents with the most headroom, updating the task owner and adding a handoff note.
  6. 6Posts a Slack summary of who handed off what and the new balance.
