What it does

Turns a freshly approved piece of marketing content into ready-to-share LinkedIn drafts tailored to each employee who opted into advocacy, then delivers those drafts privately in Slack so staff can share with one copy-paste.

When to use it

Use it when your team publishes blog posts, launches, or announcements in Notion and you want consistent, on-brand employee amplification without writing every post by hand or nagging people in a group channel.

How it works

  1. 1A Notion database item's status changes to Approved, firing the trigger.
  2. 2The flow reads the content body, canonical link, and key talking points from the Notion page.
  3. 3It pulls the advocacy roster (names, roles, Slack IDs, tone preference) from a separate Notion roster database.
  4. 4For each opted-in person, an agent writes a short first-person LinkedIn draft matched to their role and tone, with the canonical link appended.
  5. 5A branded share image is generated for the post.
  6. 6Each employee receives a private Slack DM containing their personalized draft and the image, ready to copy.
