Suggest LinkedIn posts to staff from approved Notion content
When a content item is marked Approved in Notion, drafts a personalized LinkedIn post for each opted-in employee and sends it to them in Slack with a one-click copy block…
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNotion item set to ApprovedNotion
- ActionRead content body and link from Notion pageNotion
- ActionFetch opted-in advocacy roster from NotionNotion
- LogicFor each employee, draft role-matched LinkedIn post
- ActionGenerate branded share imageImage generation
- OutputDM each employee their draft in SlackSlack
What it does
Turns a freshly approved piece of marketing content into ready-to-share LinkedIn drafts tailored to each employee who opted into advocacy, then delivers those drafts privately in Slack so staff can share with one copy-paste.
When to use it
Use it when your team publishes blog posts, launches, or announcements in Notion and you want consistent, on-brand employee amplification without writing every post by hand or nagging people in a group channel.
How it works
- 1A Notion database item's status changes to Approved, firing the trigger.
- 2The flow reads the content body, canonical link, and key talking points from the Notion page.
- 3It pulls the advocacy roster (names, roles, Slack IDs, tone preference) from a separate Notion roster database.
- 4For each opted-in person, an agent writes a short first-person LinkedIn draft matched to their role and tone, with the canonical link appended.
- 5A branded share image is generated for the post.
- 6Each employee receives a private Slack DM containing their personalized draft and the image, ready to copy.
