Escalate Angry Brand Mentions to a Discord Triage Channel
Scrapes new social mentions of your brand, scores their sentiment, and posts the angriest ones into a Discord channel with the full thread context so a human can jump in fast.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerScheduled scrape of brand mentionsApify
- ActionScore sentiment and anger severityOpenAI
- LogicKeep only high-anger mentions (severity > 3)
- ActionBuild context card with thread + author
- OutputPost to Discord triage channel and tag on-callDiscord
What it does
Watches social platforms for mentions of your brand, classifies each one by sentiment, and routes only the genuinely upset ones to a dedicated Discord triage channel. Neutral and positive mentions are skipped so your team only sees what needs a human.
When to use it
When your community or support team lives in Discord and you want angry creators surfaced in minutes, not hours, with enough context to respond without hunting across tabs.
How it works
- 1On a schedule, an Apify actor scrapes recent public mentions of your brand handle and keywords.
- 2OpenAI scores each mention's sentiment and assigns an anger severity from 1 to 5.
- 3A filter drops anything scored 3 or below, passing only high-anger mentions downstream.
- 4For each escalated mention, the original post text, author handle, link, and surrounding replies are bundled into a context card.
- 5The card is posted to your Discord triage channel, tagging the on-call role so someone can respond immediately.
Set it up
What you configure once, before turning it on.
