Refill an empty social queue with recycled evergreen winners
When your scheduled post queue drops below a safe buffer, this pulls your best-performing older posts from Airtable, rewrites them into fresh variants.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerDaily schedule check
- LogicQueue below buffer threshold?
- ActionFetch top evergreen posts not run recentlyAirtable
- ActionRewrite post into a fresh variantOpenAI
- OutputSchedule variant to channelsSocial publishing
- ActionStamp last-recycled date in archiveAirtable
What it does
Keeps your social calendar full automatically. When the number of upcoming scheduled posts falls below a threshold you set, it reaches into your Airtable archive of past content, picks the highest-engagement evergreen posts that haven't run recently, rewrites each into a new variant so it doesn't read as a repeat, and schedules it across your connected platforms.
When to use it
Use it when you publish daily and a dry creative week leaves gaps. Instead of a blank calendar or a scramble to write filler, your proven content quietly resurfaces in fresh wording.
How it works
- 1A schedule trigger fires each morning.
- 2The flow counts upcoming scheduled posts and only continues if the count is under your buffer (e.g. fewer than 5 queued).
- 3It queries Airtable for evergreen-tagged posts ranked by past engagement, excluding any reused in the last 60 days.
- 4OpenAI rewrites the selected post into a new variant with a different hook and CTA.
- 5The variant is scheduled to your channels via post-to-platforms.
- 6Airtable is updated with the new last-recycled date so the same post isn't picked again too soon.
