High-Reach Detractor Escalation Triage
Monitors mentions hourly and when a negative post comes from a high-follower account it verifies the account's reach, files an escalation card in Coda.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerHourly schedule
- ActionScrape negative mentions with reach dataApify
- LogicHigh-reach detractor? else exit
- ActionScore damage and draft replyOpenAI
- ActionFile escalation cardCoda
- OutputPriority ping to comms leadDiscord
What it does
Not every negative mention deserves the same response. This watches mentions hourly and isolates the dangerous ones: negative posts from accounts with large followings or verified influence. It confirms the account's real reach, scores how damaging the post is, and creates a prioritized escalation card so comms handles the loud voices first.
When to use it
Use it when reach matters as much as sentiment, an angry tweet from a 2-million-follower account is a different problem than one from a brand-new account. Good for teams that need to triage by impact, not just volume.
How it works
- 1An hourly schedule starts the run.
- 2Apify scrapes recent negative-leaning mentions with author follower counts.
- 3A logic step filters to negative posts from high-reach accounts and exits if none qualify.
- 4OpenAI scores potential damage and drafts a suggested first response.
- 5An escalation card with reach, severity, and draft reply is filed in Coda.
- 6A priority Discord ping routes the card to the comms lead.
