Route high-reach positive mentions to a HubSpot deal
Flags positive brand mentions from high-follower or buying-intent accounts, enriches the author, creates or updates a HubSpot contact and deal, and notifies the sales rep in Slack.

What it does
This workflow turns favorable, high-value social mentions into sales pipeline. When a notable account or a clear buying-intent post praises your brand, it creates or updates a HubSpot contact and an opportunity, then hands it to a rep.
When to use it
Use it when social praise from the right person is a warm lead you would otherwise miss. Instead of marketing screenshotting a tweet, the contact lands in HubSpot with context and a rep gets nudged to follow up while interest is hot.
How it works
- 1A schedule triggers an Apify scrape of recent mentions, including the author's follower count.
- 2An OpenAI call classifies sentiment and buying intent for each mention.
- 3A branch keeps only positive mentions that are either high-reach or show buying intent.
- 4A HubSpot step creates or updates the author as a contact and attaches a deal with the mention as a note.
- 5A Slack message alerts the assigned sales rep with the contact and deal link.
