Turn new Dropbox source images into branded thumbnail sets
When a designer drops a raw product or scene image into a Dropbox folder, generates four on-brand thumbnail variants built around that source.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerNew image lands in Dropbox intake folderDropbox
- ActionDownload source and parse campaign tagDropbox
- ActionGenerate four branded variants from the sourceImage generation
- ActionUpload variants to campaign subfolderDropbox
- OutputLog the variant set in AirtableAirtable
What it does
Monitors a Dropbox intake folder for new source images. Each upload seeds four AI thumbnail variants that composite the source with brand framing and headline space, then the variants are saved back to a campaign folder and catalogued.
When to use it
Use this when designers or photographers feed raw assets into Dropbox and you want a ready-to-test thumbnail pack derived from each one, without a round trip through a design tool.
How it works
- 1Trigger fires when a new file lands in the Dropbox intake folder.
- 2The source image is downloaded and its filename parsed for the campaign tag.
- 3Four thumbnail variants are generated using the source image as the base with different brand treatments.
- 4The variants are uploaded into a Dropbox subfolder named for the campaign.
- 5A row is created in Airtable logging the source, the four variant links, and the campaign for later A/B selection.
