What it does

Monitors a Dropbox intake folder for new source images. Each upload seeds four AI thumbnail variants that composite the source with brand framing and headline space, then the variants are saved back to a campaign folder and catalogued.

When to use it

Use this when designers or photographers feed raw assets into Dropbox and you want a ready-to-test thumbnail pack derived from each one, without a round trip through a design tool.

How it works

  1. 1Trigger fires when a new file lands in the Dropbox intake folder.
  2. 2The source image is downloaded and its filename parsed for the campaign tag.
  3. 3Four thumbnail variants are generated using the source image as the base with different brand treatments.
  4. 4The variants are uploaded into a Dropbox subfolder named for the campaign.
  5. 5A row is created in Airtable logging the source, the four variant links, and the campaign for later A/B selection.
