Weekly CSAT Rollup Report to Google Drive
Every Monday, pull the past week's CSAT responses from Zendesk, summarize trends and top detractor themes with OpenAI, and save a formatted report to a shared Google Drive folder.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerWeekly schedule (Monday 7am)
- ActionPull last 7 days of CSAT ratings from ZendeskZendesk
- LogicCompute CSAT rate, delta, and split sentiment
- ActionSummarize detractor themes with OpenAIOpenAI
- OutputSave dated report to Google Drive folderGoogle Drive
What it does
On a weekly schedule, this collects all CSAT survey responses from the previous seven days, computes the satisfaction rate and response count, and uses OpenAI to cluster the negative comments into recurring themes. The result is written as a dated report document into a shared Google Drive folder your team already reviews.
When to use it
Use this when leadership wants a regular pulse on support quality without anyone manually exporting and charting survey data. It replaces the Friday-afternoon spreadsheet scramble with an automatic Monday-morning brief.
How it works
- 1A schedule trigger runs every Monday at 7am in your team's timezone.
- 2An action queries Zendesk for all satisfaction ratings submitted in the trailing week.
- 3A logic step computes the CSAT percentage, week-over-week delta, and splits comments into promoters and detractors.
- 4An OpenAI step summarizes detractor comments into ranked themes with example quotes.
- 5The final step writes the dated rollup as a document into the shared Google Drive reports folder.
