How it runs

The automated pipeline, trigger to output.

  • TriggerTrello card moved to new list (webhook)TrelloTrello
  • LogicMap stage to SLA budget and compute deadline
  • ActionWrite deadline and stage label to cardTrelloTrello
  • OutputUpsert mirror task in ClickUpClickUpClickUp

What it does

Keeps each card's SLA clock accurate as it flows through your pipeline. Every time a card changes lists, it resets the per-stage time budget, stamps the resulting deadline onto the card, and syncs a mirror task in ClickUp so leadership can report on SLA health outside Trello.

When to use it

Use it when different workflow stages have different SLA budgets (e.g. triage 1h, in-progress 8h) and you want the deadline to update automatically on every move, plus a clean ClickUp view for reporting.

How it works

  1. 1A Trello webhook fires when a card moves to a new list.
  2. 2A logic step maps the destination list to its SLA budget and computes the new deadline from the move timestamp.
  3. 3Trello writes the deadline back as a due date and a stage label on the card.
  4. 4ClickUp upserts a mirror task carrying the card link, stage, and SLA deadline as the reporting record.
