Run an end-to-end clearance agent from a submission form
When a teammate submits a post they want to repost via a webhook form, an agent gathers the creator's contact, drafts and sends a tailored rights request, opens the tracker record.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerIntake form submitted via webhookHTTP webhook
- ActionFind creator contact detailsExa
- ActionDraft and send tailored rights requestGmail
- ActionCreate clearance record (Sent)Airtable
- OutputEmail submitter the clearance ID and statusGmail
What it does
Gives your social team a one-step intake: submit a post URL and the asset you want to repost, and an agent handles the rest. It researches the creator's best contact, composes a permission email matched to the post's tone, files the request in Airtable, and replies to the submitter with the clearance ID and current status so they can track it.
When to use it
Use this when reposts originate from internal requests rather than automated mention monitoring, and you want one assistant to own the whole outbound-clearance step instead of stitching together manual lookups and emails.
How it works
- 1A teammate submits a post and target caption through the intake webhook.
- 2The agent pulls the post details and finds the creator's contact via web search.
- 3The agent drafts a permission request tailored to the post and sends it.
- 4A clearance record is created in Airtable with status Sent.
- 5The submitter receives a confirmation email with the clearance ID and status.
