Recover webinar no-shows with the recording and a re-engagement email
Finds registrants who never joined the Zoom webinar, sends them the on-demand recording with a watch-now nudge, and marks them as no-shows in HubSpot for follow-up.
How it runs
The automated pipeline, trigger to output.
- TriggerZoom webinar endedZoom
- ActionFetch registrant and attendee listsZoom
- LogicDiff lists to find no-shows
- ActionEmail recording to each no-showGmail
- ActionTag no-shows in HubSpotHubSpot
- OutputReport recovery count to SlackSlack
What it does
Identifies people who registered but did not attend, then automatically delivers the recording so the registration is not wasted. Each no-show gets a tailored email with the replay link and a clear next step, and their HubSpot record is flagged so nurture campaigns can treat them differently from attendees.
When to use it
Run this after a webinar once the recording is available. It is the standard recovery play when a meaningful share of registrants miss the live session and you want to convert that intent into views.
How it works
- 1A Zoom 'webinar ended' event triggers the flow.
- 2The flow pulls the registrant list and the attendee list from Zoom.
- 3A logic step diffs the two lists to isolate registrants who never joined.
- 4For each no-show it sends a Gmail message containing the recording link and a short watch-now prompt.
- 5It updates the matching HubSpot contacts with a 'no-show' lifecycle tag.
- 6The final output logs the recovered-count to Slack for the marketing team.
